Veranderen en leren gaan hand in hand. Welke designprincipes kunnen in de werkcontext verander- en leerprocessen ondersteunen?

We can always choose to open our eyes, time and time again, so that every experience, the good as well as the bad, can spark our inner fire (Marcus Aurelius). Here I present a simple framework that can shed some light on how this sparking process enfolds.

Imagine: a third space, a “space between” the one and the other, a tranquil interruption, a place where we can come to our senses, a nowhere land, a place where we can be ‘nobody’ and therefore find ourselves, where we dis-cover ourselves as we encounter the other, making history together by giving existence to what is alive.

Dear social constructionism, let’s make a difference together and engage in this perpetuating process of on-going inquiry in which there is searching without finding and finding without searching. This practice is possible if we relate, if we interrelate with others and intra-relate with ourselves. That’s how we honour the relational nature of reality.

Diepgang in leren vindt plaats als we als persoon worden aangesproken: emotioneel-relationeel, existentieel en spiritueel. Voor sommigen klinkt dat dan algauw wollig, maar op diepgang kan een behoorlijk 'down-to-earth' licht worden geworpen.

Een kritiek op de instrumentalisering van leerprocessen en wat een alternatief kan zijn:  Didactiek van de Liefde.

Als er dienstbaar leiderschap bestaat, kan er dan ook onderwijs dienstbaar zijn? Mijn visie op wat onderwijs zou mogen zijn.
